Performance Collection
Our Performance Collection hoods (XOA & XOE models) are designed to put XO performance and quality within reach for smaller kitchen projects. These hoods are covered by a 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty.
Fabriano Collection
We back up what we sell. All of our Fabriano Collection, Italian-made Pro Ventilation hoods are backed by our in-home 2 Year Parts and Labor Warranty.

Outdoor Kitchen
XO Outdoor Appliance warrants to the original purchaser at the original site of delivery with proof of purchase that when subject to normal residential use, the XO Outdoor structure shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials and has a lifetime limited structural warranty and a two – year surface finish warranty, subject to limitations and disclaimers set forth below.
XO Appliance’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of the product during the warranty period. Warranty does not cover labor to remove or install materials and does cover the cost of shipping replacement product. The extent of any liability of Xo Appliance under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement.
BUMPER TO BUMPER IN HOME WARRANTY
For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Xo will replace or repair parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser. This includes the cost of shipping replacement parts and, where necessary, service labor at prevailing local rates by a XO authorized service person. Service will be provided during normal business hours and must be authorized in advance by XO.
5 YEAR PARTS WARRANTY
The following grill parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and maintenance, for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase; warming racks, spit rods, briquette trays, manifolds, gas valves and infrared burners. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts, with the owner paying a processing fee and all other costs including labor.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The stainless steel grill body, stainless steel grill burners, and cooking grates are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and maintenance for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches, and discoloration, which may occur during normal use. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts, with the owner paying a processing fee and all other costs, including labor. Failure to perform required maintenance will void this warranty.
Prefabricated Outdoor Islands (XOGOK)
XO Appliance warrants to the original purchaser at the original site of delivery with proof of purchase that when subject to normal residential use, the XO Outdoor structure shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials and has a lifetime limited structural warranty and a two – year surface finish warranty, subject to limitations and disclaimers set forth below.

Warranties apply to defects in material and workmanship only. Not covered are damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, shipping or similar conditions outside our control. Consumables such as carbon filters, light bulbs, etc are not covered.
