XO Appliance Love it or Leave it Policy

 XO Customers,

  • You have 90 days from the date of purchase to decide if you love it or want to leave it (Return) your appliance.
  • XO requires direct communication with the customer to discuss the reason for dissatisfaction prior to issuing a return authorization.
  • Uninstall and reinstall fees as well as shipping expenses are borne by the customer.
  • Amount of the credit or refund does not include accessories, installation, cabinet modifications, extended warranty or shipping and handling charged by the dealership. Refund amount is the amount paid for the product only, including applicable sales tax.
  • The Love it or Leave it Guarantee can only be invoked once per residence.
