You don’t shop for appliances every day
At XO, we understand.  It can be very confusing.  Electrical requirements, CFM, BTUs… You are looking for an appliance, not an advanced degree.  At XO, we think the easiest thing to do is call a friend who knows.  Who will answer your questions and maybe point out a few things you might have overlooked.  At XO our people have decades of experience in this area and because we only work through authorized dealers, no one will try to sell you anything.

(We think our products do that for themselves.)

The XO Difference
For over thirty years, we have been in appliances, working directly with independent dealers, service companies and providing service directly to the end consumer.  As a result we know what customers want and don’t want.  We are not big on fads and gimmicks.  We focus instead on genuine value and all that experience goes into every model that wears the XO name.

We sell XO through authorized, independent dealers.  Virtually all of these are family owned and operated and we think when your name is on the door, you take a personal stake in how your customers are treated.  We share that value.

(Just to clarify – XO is family owned and operated too, but there is no Mr. XO)
