Directions
- Fill rocks glass with XO Gourmet Clear ice cubes.
- Add equal parts white bitters, gin and Rocky’s Botanical Liqueur.
- Stir and top off with more ice.
- Cut slice of peel off grapefruit.
- Squeeze slice to release oil and rub outer peel on rim before using for garnish.
