Ingredients

• 1 oz white bitters
• 1 oz premium gin
• 1 oz Rocky’s Botanical Liqueur (or vermouth)
• 1 oz Rocky’s Botanical Liqueur (or vermouth)

Directions

• Fill rocks glass with XO Gourmet Clear ice cubes.
• Add equal parts white bitters, gin and Rocky’s Botanical Liqueur.
• Stir and top off with more ice.
• Cut slice of peel off grapefruit.
• Squeeze slice to release oil and rub outer peel on rim before using for garnish.
