FLAVORS OF FALL COCKTAILWITH XO CUBED ICE

- Pour tequila into shaker
- Add apple cider, lemon juice and cinnamon syrup.
- Add XO cubed ice and set aside.
- Take torch and singe the smoking board. Place rocks glass upside down on board. for a minute to infuse with a smoky flavor.
- Give shaker a gentle shake to mix.
- Strain drink over smoky rocks glass filled with fresh XO ice.
- Garnish with star anise and a fall leaf.
