Ingredients

• 2 oz Tequila (Reposado recommended)
• 2 oz apple cider
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz cinnamon syrup
• Cedar smoking board
• Star anise (garnish) & fall leaf (if desired)
• XO Clear cubed ice

Directions

• Pour tequila into shaker
• Add apple cider, lemon juice and cinnamon syrup.
• Add XO cubed ice and set aside.
• Take torch and singe the smoking board. Place rocks glass upside down on board. for a minute to infuse with a smoky flavor.
• Give shaker a gentle shake to mix.
• Strain drink over smoky rocks glass filled with fresh XO ice.
• Garnish with star anise and a fall leaf.
