Asian Honey Chicken
With Teppanyaki Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil, vegetable or canola
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups short-grain rice, cooked
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 large eggs, scrambled
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup each of diced carrots, onions, zucchini, peppers or others of your choice
Marinade:
Directions
- Have griddle on medium-high heat, lightly grease with oil.
- Take marinated chicken, add salt and pepper, place on griddle.
- Cook until just done, deglazing with some of the leftover marinade, set aside.
- Add additional small amount of oil, if needed.
- Scramble eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
- Melt butter on griddle and add vegetables, rice and stir.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and add garlic salt, mix well.
- Add back in chicken and scrambled eggs and blend.
- Place in bowl, serve hot.
