The fire brick hearth is lined with double-layered ceramic insulation for excellent heat-retention and superior cooking performance. Available in a Black UV Protective Powder Coat or Stainless Steel.

REFRACTORY CERAMIC FLOOR
The oven floor uses interchangeable firebricks that retain and transmit heat. This coupled with the stainless steel dome allows the oven to reach high temperatures with maximum efficiency.
